If you are not sure if counselling is for you, why not call in at our 'Hear & Now' Drop-In Centre at the Town House. We are open every Monday from 1-3pm (except Bank Holidays), and people there will be ready to listen to you. No appointment is necessary.
More formal counselling sessions are available by appointment. For these you will meet with a counsellor who will meet with you weekly at a mutually convenient time.

If you do not wish us to say who we are when we call back, please say so in your message.
We will then arrange for you to speak to one of our counsellors at a convenient time and after this, if required, regular appointments will be set up for you.
